Nations Cup June 5-6 |
Charlotte is such a diverse city with people from so many different countries and now these players have the chance to represent their home country without leaving the city. This will be a world cup style tournament with players representing their home country and competing against other nationalities. This tournament will have 2 formats, an 11v11 open division and a 7v7 35 or older division. Think flags, music, food trucks and more of a festival vibe.
Suporters Belt june 26
This soccer tournament is all about bringing the many chapters and different Charlotte FC supporter groups together for a fun day of soccer and camaraderie. Each team will represent a different chapter of the Mint City Collective or the many other supporter groups organized to cheer on Charlotte FC. This will be a short-sided co-ed tournament played at the first turf pitch CLT FC built for the community. It will also be a good opportunity to work on chants and energize the community for Opening Day in 2022.
The High School Challenge will bring together High SchCharlotte FC player or two. This tournament will also feature multiple teams from Street Soccer 658 and other sport for social change programs in Charlotte.
